Hi. Welcome to Practo. It is a dentigerous cyst depending on the association of the impacted third molar. You will require to undergo a  biopsy first under LA to confirm the nature of the cyst,  followed by a surgery under GA for enucleation of the cyst and surgical removal of the impacted tooth.
Next Steps
Kindly consult an Oral Surgeon for the same

Hi, Thank you for your question. We understand that this can be daunting to come across, for you as a patient. But nothing to worry. The X ray shows that this is a dentigerous cyst. Which is a developmental thing. There is nothing you could have done to prevent it. Dentigerous Cysts have to be removed along with the tooth and outer cystic layer. Ideally this is done under General Anesthesia, keeping in mind complications chair side and patient comfort. So we recommend e General Anesthesia approach. After removal, the cyst is sent for Biopsy, which usually reveals if this is something to be cautious about or if it is anything more than a developmental cyst. Alternatively, please visit Oraliah Dental Clinics, Sahakar Nagar for a quick consult with our Maxfac surgeon. Hope this helps
Next Steps
Stay Calm. Plan to get this done under G.A. The specialty that deals with this is Oral and Maxillo Facial Surgeon
