I have completed my Invisalign treatment for front teeth gap.I am wearing my retainer for past 3 days. For upper teeth ,I am wearing essix retainer and for lower,it is bonded retainer(wire)
The upper two front teeth is pressing the lower front teeths.
Since the upper teeth has thick essix retainer, there is a discomfort in lower teeth.
Even without retainers,I can feel the same.
I am supporting with my tongue,so that upper teeth is not pressing lower teeth.
What can I do for this?
When I check my dentist, she is saying that my teeth is looking fine. But I can feel the discomfort.

Hi, since your treatment has just finished, it's very normal for your teeth to initially feel some pressure. However it will eventually feel normal.
Try to avoid putting your tongue there since it may increase chances of relapse ( undo the orthodontic treatment). Also please continue wearing the retainer for the next 5-6 months religiously, it will help with longer and more successful results of your treatment.
