Dear friend. Its quite normal to have certain amount of teeth mobility in upper and lower front teeth ( 12 teeth, canine to canine). As your 20 years female its quite usual to have spongy red and swollen gums which easily bleeds due to rapid changes in female sex hormones. Also hormone related gingivitis is quite common in females 2 or 3 days before onset of menstrual cycle which regresses later. Alas also in pregnancy. So nothing much to panic just visit an dentist and get deep gingival scaling. Ask you dentist to prescribe you astringent gum paint. Also make it a point to chew gum after food to prevent plaque formation on teeth. brush twice a day. If your teeth mobility is greater then visit a dentist on priority basis. so i feel just deep scaling is enough for you. Never get affected by tooth mobility it will be fine aftr scaling. bye

Loose teeth needs to attended to immediately. Get to good dental clinic and seek dental attention. It could be related to break down of your gums, bone or due to trauma. Neglect will work out to you loosing it altogether. Splitting may be possible only if it is within recovery limits. You need to meet a dentist ASAP. Tc

Hello madam, You've raised a concern about your teeth getting loose. There might be a dental condition for that to happen. For example: a disease called as periodontitis. It will be easier to rule out about the condition if you can visit a dentist for consultation asap, or eventually it may worsen with time.
