Loose Teeth
I have 4 front teeth loose. Currently I have no gum disease. Got the cleaning done 5 months back. Gums don not bleed. I brush 2 times. Is there any cure for my loose teeth? I got the xray done 5 months back and the doctor said due to hormonal changes my front teeth have major bones loss and may be that could be the reason of loose teeth. Should I wait for the teeth to come out naturally and then get the treatment or is there any solution to tighten them?

Reason could be localized periodontitis. Visit a nearby periodontist to get the proper treatment. You can retain them with proper flap surgeries n bone grafts.

It's not advisable to wait for loose teeth to come out on its own as bone loss is progressing. Splinting these teeth with firm teeth can help for some time and it's a temporary solution . Scaling and root planing is needed. Better to go for extraction and immediate implant placement.

Your age is 35 .The complex relationship between female hormones and oral health can create various unwanted dental risks, symptoms, and problems at different stages of life — from gingivitis and dry mouth to an increased risk of tooth decay , leads to periodontitis. In this age teeth can’t come again
Next Steps
Visit first nearest gynaecologist for treatment of hormonal imbalances/ next visit nearest dentist for the proper treatment of gum and surrounding oral tissue.

Hi Loose front teeth ( lower) is usually due to Deep bite ( the way upper and lower teeth touch together ) .. due to excess pressure from upper teeth lower front teeth are the first ones to become loose .. what to do next usually is decided after seeing the X-ray.. if they’re causing trouble in day to day activities then extraction and replacement is a good option to go to.. otherwise small procedures can be done to save them for a longer time.. clinical photographs and X-rays will be useful to guide further Good day
