Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi, I'm not having any issues with my teeth. I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned. Does normal routine teeth cleaning cause gaps in between teeth?

I had a filling in a tooth 2 days back.Since then the pain is not too much but swelling has also not reduced much. What should be done.

Front teeth O/E class 1 fracture 11,21 with fracture lines visible 21. What to be done now for the treatment.

My X-ray shows the decay in my maxillary second molars. What treatment can be done to correct this? Also, do my wisdom teeth need attention? I didn't know I had wisdom teeth until the X-ray was taken.?Please help! I have attached my X-ray.

Hi there, when I hover my tongue on inner cheek I can feel the very tiny raised bump, it is same colour as my inner cheek .Size is similar to the tip of needle. I do not have any pain or burning sensation and this is there for long like 2 months .it is only on one side . It seems like it do not increased in size . I found about the Fordyce granules, it is that or something else? I have attached the image as well but it is very difficult to see it from eyes or camera but yes if you try to see it then it is lightly visible in my attached image. I'm very curious to know what it is , it will be  there for a long time or is it resolved ? Thankyou , waiting for your respected reply.

I felt that something was stuck in my teeth. I tried to take it out but it didnot happen. When i clicked the pic i found out that its actually a skin or i am not sure. I am attaching the pic for reference and I have highligted the same. Please check and let me know if any medicine is required
