Brush the rest of the teeth with a wet toothbrush leaving the site of the wound undisturbed. After 24hours of extraction you can use a toothpaste for brushing as well again leaving the site of the wound. After 48hours start warm saline gargles as well for good healing and relief from pain.

You should do tooth brush on other sides but not on that side. Do warm saline rinses after 24 hours of extraction and avoid spicy food and hot food today .

You can use a toothbrush, but just be very gently while brushing the teeth near the extracted area. Do not disturb the wound. Take care!
