Just got my upper and lower wisdom tooth extreme pain day 3 today high fever up and down Can't eat only having  juices coconut water but ulcers all around are giving burning sensation Is all fine

Depending on how highly spread the infection was.. it can be normal response of body immune system, getting 2 extractions of wisdom teeth in one sitting can be troublesome for some patients . But it will be okay.. Keep doing warm saline rinses and complete the course of antibiotics.. In 7 ..10 days it will start recovering
