Severe tooth pain and sensitivity
I had done treatment with reputed dr,for all 4 wisdom tooth extraction, cement filling in teeths up and down. Also I had complaint of pain in teeth which was already done root canal before so dr found existing cap had space for food water to go in,so advised for new cap. Now issue is treatment was completed in January end. Since treatment was completed I had complaint of severe sensitivity and pain in teeth even when I eat it pains in chewing. I am using sensodyne and colgate sensitive paste 4 times a day and apply and leave it on 5-5 min but pain is not going. When it becomes severe I have engoflam. My life is become hell due to unbearable pain. Now issue is dr is telling everything is normal sensitivity will go slowly. Showed to other dr they also said no issues as such. Now I have spent all my funds on treatment and can't afford also to show to other dr. Please suggest some cure for me it will be great help.please. Thank you.

Hello Madam.,             Kindly follow Dentist prescribed medication and desensitizing paste.. If pain still persists, get an xray of the particular tooth and upload it., Which will help me more for further diagnosis and treatment.

Hie.. if u r facing pain on chewing, one of the reason could be “high points” .. that means your treated teeth is touching first than the other teeth. Check yourself if u can find out .. both the side of mouth should touch at the same time on closing the mouth.. If u feel it then high points will be removed by the dentist. Other reason could be pocket formation in the area of the cap.. this can cause pain on chewing.. do warm saline rinses 2-3 times a day for 15 days sensitivity paste won’t help u.. use Omnident tooth paste.. Betadine mouthwash twice a day
Next Steps
Kindly consult after 1 week after doing the therapy
Health Tips
Try to avoid chewing from that side for next two days..

Hie patient. Pain may be occur due pocket formation or may be due to recurrence of infection because sometimes after rct infection recurred due to opening in any side of tooth where filling not properly done then it cause pain. You should go for an x-ray first and upload it. Then we fill find out the reason exactly. If infection recurred then you have to take antibiotics.
Health Tips
do rinses with betadene, try to clean that area after eating so that if pocket formation exist then food lodgement can clear with the help of rinses. I hope these suggestions help you ..
