Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am facing irritation while closing mouth. What can be the reason is it due to shape of my teeths. Please help

4 days back in the morning while brushing teeth, I bruised my gum with my toothbrush. It has a slight pain but I am trying to soothe it with warm salt water. How much time will it take to heal? Is it serious this time? Colour of the gum is very light blue not significant but the gum and inside lip muscle pains when touched.

20 days back emoved horizontal grown wisdom teeth and cyst around it. Sutured. still lower lip and jaw not sensible.tingelung sensation too. Is it recoverable? taking medications.Renerve plus daily morning and Eminerve plus in night

By seeing report doctor told me i am having severe generalized gum problem with bone loss. orthodontic tratment can be done but some risks will be there.
