Can we just deep clean one side teeth?

Can we get deep cleaning on only one side of the mouth and get normal cleaning the other side? My dentist said I have pockets of 4mm on second last molar. Suggested to do deep cleaning on both sides. Other teeth probe length are around 2mm. Do we need to deep cleaning on teeth which has 2mm pockets too?

RCT completed but next teeth biting issu

I had RCT treatment on 26th December on left bottom teeth still not capped. From then onwards next teeth and upper teeth are not sitting properly when mouth is closed. Is it bcoz of RCT issue and will it be normal in few days? Can you pls suggest what could be the issue.
