And yes you need to go for flap surgery with bone grafts at some place..
after that do maintain it with regular follow ups at 3 months.. 6 months ..1 year..
if not treated timely..which lead to gradual loss of all teeth... since there is bone loss

This is a case of generalized periodontitis. The amount of bone loss at such a young age is extreme. Laser assisted flap surgery is advised with regular follow ups and good maintenance of oral hygiene. (If needed a graft may also be placed)
