Wisdom teeth are vestigial organs and in vast majority of population serve no purpose. In fact, they only cause damage if oral hygiene is not maintained B. It is better to remove your wisdom teeth not flap If a surgeon do operulectomy flap will remove by him but it will come again on your wisdom tooth And again you ll face same problem 3-4k approx it will cost

There are 2 things which are possible in your case. Either operculectomy(cutting and removal of gum flap) or Extraction (complete removal of wisdom tooth). So better Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation, x ray and treatment (as required).
