I got an ulcer just at side of wisdom tooth its paining alott and mass of cheek is hanging there which is attached to the gum of wisdom tooth

Apply any gum paint locally at the spot. It will give relief from pain. If pain is severe take a pain killer along with vitamin B and C.
If pain persists after 3 days you'll need antibiotic.
If you are an asthmatic take pain killer only after consulting a doctor.
