Asymptomatic not necessary to remove . What is necessary is the future outcome or complexity . Sometimes these wisdom create trouble for adjacent teeth and weaken them by cavity and pockets . If that is not the case …..then enjoy life !
You won't feel pain during extraction but slight discomfort for a week or even more after extraction is quite normal because these impacted tooth are surgically removed sometimes bone cutting is involved.its better to postpone it for now unless it starts giving you some problem.
Hello,
Mesio angular teeth usually cause problems like pain, food lodgement issues, decay not only in the wisdom teeth and the tooth in the front, it may also cause alignment issues due to the pressure it exerts on the other teeth.
So it may be asymptomatic now but may cause symptoms in the future, you may need to get it extracted.
Keep an eye on other symptoms mentioned and not just pain.
The procedure is done under local anaesthesia so it doesn't hurt during the extraction, you may feel a little pressure and tingling sensation.
After the procedure there may be a little discomfort, pain and swelling but manageable with medication.
Next Steps
Get an OPG and consult with your dentist whether waiting is an option for now.
Health Tips
Keep an eye on the above mentioned symptoms and frequent check ups with a dentist
Make sure you keep the area clean, and no food particles accumulate there.
Hello
If the tooth is asymptomatic then not necessary to get it extracted but due to its angulation it cause food lodgement and can start cavity and eventually can damage the tooth next to it.
You can maintain proper oral hygiene so that cavity doesn't start over there.
Extraction is carried under anaesthesia so during the procedure no pain will be felt
Wisdom teeth ,if asymptomatic need not be removed.
If food wedging ,repeated infection of the overlying gum occurs and inaccessibility to keep area clean, then it is advisable to remove .
Surgical removal is done under local anesthetic so is not painful but pain &swelling can be expected after the procedure for a couple of days.
Yes this need to extraction bcz this cause many problems like carious to adjacent tooth, movment jaw nd ys this procedure is painless procedure (extraction done under local anesthesia) and ys x-ray must needed in this case nd after extraction uh need medicine for 3days ...than uh feel btr.

Wisdom tooth may create caries in the adjacent molars depending on the angulation.
It is better to have the tooth extracted as not extracting may create other complication.
