you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy. but this will give only temporary relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked.get an x-ray done. the best treatment for wisdom tooth is to get it removed.
At present, add salt in lukewarm water and rinse 2,3 times/day.. Start analgesics..

Hello. The condition is called pericoronitis. It occurs due to unirrupted wisdom tooth. Start with antibiotics and visit oral and maxillofacial surgeon before the condition worsens.
You need to visit an oral surgeon and get a x-ray done to know the position of the tooth. If the tooth is impacted it is better to get it extracted. Till them you can do warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day to get some relief.
