Hey i got my wisdom tooth removed 10 days ago now there is no pain but a swelling in adjacent gum is seen a lymph type of a thing but there is no pain no cavity in the molar is that nomal

It would be better if you provide a picture of it for better diagnosis. As per your history It may be a localised gingivitis which could occur due to improper brushing and cleaning in that area. As u recently had extractions in that area, maybe u were not brushing properly there due to pain which could have been led to deposition of debris there further leading to swelling of Gums in that area.
Maintain proper hygine it will subside in 2-3 days
Or it's always better to go to the dentist and check for it by clinical examination
