Swelling after root canal and capping
My root canal treatment and capping is completed since 2 days of 4 teeth of upper jaw (incisors and canines) But there's swelling to upper lip since yesterday doctor told me to have salt water gargles, but swelling is increased and it's difficult for me to breathe Pain is stopped but it's still swollen pls help me to decrease it

In my opinion,,if the root canal treatment is not done properly or medicines have not been taken adequately and specifically,,then there may be such problems faced by the patient as you are explaining,,so visit an experienced endodontist asap.

The swelling is probably due to some residual infection which has not been eliminated or some other adjacent tooth. Please check with your dentist. You may need recleaning of the tooth.

There is problem with the treatment or some other tooth is affected which might b unnoticed,u kindly visit Ur dentist asap.After rct n cap swelling doesn't happen.
