Clean the gun area of unerupted or semi erupted wisdom tooth with a clean cotton and betadine dab for 15 days. (Cotton par 2 drops betadine mouthwash daal kar)

Do not touch affected area with your tongue or finger repeatedly.

Swelling around gum in wisdom tooth area is often due to food lodgment. I can’t prescribe you medicine like this because I don’t know your history of allergies to medicines. However i can suggest you a home remedy until you visit your dentist, do warm saline rinses 8-10 times a day. It will definitely help reducing inflammation around your tooth.

Warm saline rinses followed by scaling of the affected area by the Dentist.

Brush and clean the affected area properly. Avoid eating from that side until relieved by warm saline rinses.
