This is a very common problem, do not worry and relax. In human beings lower wisdom tooth is not able to erupt properly and hence it causes lot of related problems like what you have is an operculum (tissue growth). Temporary solution:- do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day. You can go for operculectomy (cutting of tissue from that region) but there are chances it will grow back again and again
Next Steps
Get an OPG x ray done and get your wisdom tooth removed.

Hi...the growth near the wisdom tooth is due to the constant irritation from the sharp cusp of the upper 3rd molar. The growth we call it as Pericoronal or Opercular flap.Food accumulation in that area cuses pain nd infection. So gargle salt mixed luke warm warm 4 to 5 times a day on the affected side after every meal.Avoid eating in that side. After release of lockdown, visit dentist immediately and get done operculectomy(surgical removal of that growth) to create space for the wisdom tooth to erupt or to prevent infection in that area.
Health Tips
Advised to do regular dental check up and teeth cleaning every 6 months.

Hi, The flap of tissue overlying the wisdom tooth appears to be inflammed. This could be due to trauma from the upper tooth or food particles getting trapped under it. However you need not worry as it is not an emergency and can be treated once the lockdown has eased. For now vigorously gargle in that area with warm saline water many times a day to flush out the food debris.Once lock down is over in case the tooth has not erupted you will have to get the flap removed at a dentist.
