Analbel gel for local application to relieve pain. Warm saline gargle can also be done. And tooth removal os the final solution. It does not have any side effects

You can take analgesic like keterol DT,  mouthwash hexidin can be used to maintain hygiene in that area.  But final solution is get an OPG radiograph to decide whether teeth will erupt or it has to get extracted.

If the wisdom tooth is painful that means that there is a problem and you need to visit a dentist for the treatment don’t use home remedies for they are temporary solutions. Dentist will suggest the correct diagnosis. For pain relief now u can take a pain killer

hello mam, you can take signoflam twice a day for three days. but you have to get an opg x ray done for that . and visit a dentist for permanent solution.
