Hello doctor. My age is 65 years old male diabetic from 6 years taking gluconorm g 1 Aten 50. I noticed that my upper gum has one sore which is from 6 months & it is paining some times. What is the reason it is not healing? please reply.

Have to do an MRI but have metal crown

Hello, I got a root canal done on one of my teeth and got a metal crown fixed (made with nickel, chromium or cobalt) in July 2021. I have to undergo an MRI (Pelvis, Spine and Hip Joint) next week. Should I be concerned? Will the crown get pulled during MRI screening? Should I get the crown removed just to be safe?
