Hey, From your X-ray, it is evident that a simple restoration could help fix the issues. You may require a Root Canal if you further delay your treatment process because till then the cavity may further spread to your pulp chamber.

Looking at the xray we can do a filling at this time. However please dont delay the treatment much as it can lead to a root canal in the future.
Next Steps
Visit a dental specialist for a filling.

Hello ma'am By looking at this xray, at this stage we can manage this by doing a filling. However if you delay this further and if there is food lodgement in this particular area, it can lead to Root canal treatment in future. Don't delay this further and visit your dental specialist as soon as you can.
Next Steps
Visit the dental specialist immediately
Health Tips
Avoid food lodgement. Keep the area clean.
