Hello, I am suffering from upper jaw bone maxilla swelling. I have swelling in upper side of maxilla bone please help

Hie.. could you pls attach the picture?? Since it’s the swelling in the upper jaw ,it might be associated with tooth infection/ space infection/ or some external trauma ? Is it painful or redness externally ?
