You can eat anything which you want but make sure whatever you eat should be soft and cold. Try not to eat from left side of your mouth. Yes you can do betadine gargles also. Try to maintain good oral hygiene as much as you can. Still have queries then you can consult doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Hie ..You can have any food you want to eat except spicy and too hot.. very important thing after extraction is maintaining hygiene .. which you need to follow dedicatedly with betadine rinses and warm saline rinses atleast 2/3 times a day.. don’t do it too vigorously or else it will dislodge your sutures..

Hi..usually there are no food restrictions after tooth removal. Use the medication as prescribed by your dentist and do follow the post extraction instructions for a week. Betadine gargling can be done after 3-4 days as spitting forcefully can dislodge the newly formed blood clot.
Health Tips
Do not take hot or spicy food Avoid smoking, alcohol and carbonated drinks Do not drink through a straw Brush your teeth gently near the extraction site

Only cold and soft food is suggested for 3 days. You can drink all types of juice but avoid using a straw. Try including more citrus fruits in your diet. Betadine is an antiseptic solution you can use after 3 to 4 days
Next Steps
Wait till sutures are removed and switch over to regular diet
