Upper maxillary canine tooth pain
My upper canine tooth suffering pain from one year ago but I ignored several times but problem become so mysterious that I experienced extreme discomfort and revealed that it suffers from pupal necrosis...eight times root canal done on that tooth but it doesn't cure what should I do...

Please see and ENDODONTIST who can exactly tell u the cause I think it should go for an apeicosectomy followed by nova bone graft

u will have t go through apisectomy...it involves removing pulpal debris beyond d apex

The best option for you is to extract the tooth and get a fixed prosthesis done.

If we go by your description and assume that root canal treatment has been done 8 times, we can expect you to have some of the X-rays of the previous treatments. Please post those xrays (latest ones, if possible) for us to provide a better and rational suggestion. There are many treatments that can still be done to alleviate your symptoms permanently without extraction of the tooth but those treatment options can be delineated only after a clinical evaluation of the case.
