Hello It is not possible for filling It’s better to go for tooth extraction

Is that impacted tooth causing pain or discomfort? because if caries is deep there's no chance of saving the last molar , it's better to get it extracted but if the caries is not deep you can get the filling done by an experienced dentist .However even after filling that impacted tooth , the impacted tooth will later on damage the second last molar to which it's tilted.

It’s not possible to access the caries in an upper third molar that has not erupted completely.
Next Steps
Better to get the upper wisdom tooth removed by an OMF surgeon

location of the upper molar is very deep ie impacted & performing a filling procedure is a not good treatment , best is to get it extracted as the impacted third molar has no role in chewing , and cleaning via brushing is not effective as it is below other tooth ,
Next Steps
consult oral surgeon for extraction
Health Tips
try to maintain oral hygiene till the extraction is done
