Tooth and Mouth Problems

Two days After Scaling, my upper teeth (2nd Premolars) got splitted vertically Inner side part is shaking Outer part is strong Please help wt is to be done to save my teeth

I have mouth ulcer. It comes sometimes and goes off in 2-3 days. After that I am free. My doubt can I kiss my wife if I have mouth ulcer? Will it lead to any STD?

I have been suffering from toothache ,sometimes severe.I have seen a dentist who has prescribed RCT but before that has prescribed Satrogyl 300 and Oratil 500 to be taken for five days. My querry is that if I take both of these together,as both are antibiotics,will i suffer from severe side effects like dizziness ,weakness ,nausea or stomach disorder etc or any other effects?

Doctor, my right side front teeth is coming forward day by day and it makes me shy while laughing because it looks very ugly to see. Should I have braces for teeth? Can braces be harmful for teeth? Pls help me doctor. 🙏🙏🙏And pls bear my english as well, I'm not good in speaking.

I have given advance payment for braces treatment, so i have for pay remaining by installment,.. my question is do i have to also pay consultant fee again as well like in first appointment ( Rs 300)

I have periapical periodontitis and root canals done. Food lodgement irritates the gums, I have tried using waxxed floss and interdental brushes, which are painful. I am thinking of getting a water flosser. Oracura has reviews that even the "soft" mode is very strong and hurts the gums. So I need suggestions on which water flosser to buy. Thanks in advance.

Hello doctor today I noticed a very small black dot on the side of tongue. Today I gargle with very hot water and lot of salt. Because I have swelling in my wisdom teeth after few hours of gargling I see very tiny black spot on my tongue like a mole. Please help me what is this or any thing serious. Please help me. I am having ice cream from 2 days and suddenly after having icecream my front teeth is slightly moving. I am avoiding cold thing now but what else ai can do? I think I am doing floss and charcoal powder which may be the reason for this!

My tooth was extracted in February and till now I am having blisters in my mouth sometimes on the other side but from few days its on the extracted tooth place and there are 5-6 blisters also a red patch on the roof of the extracted tooth Please suggest something
