Tooth and Mouth Problems

After extraction of lower wisdom teeth in the right side, the swelling has decreased in the place where the tooth was extracted. But there is a hard feeling when I touch that place with my tongue.No pain nothing...I am attaching 2 photos of my extraction site in one photo I mark the place where I feel some hard feeling...I am doing warm saline rinse. It has been twenty days since the teeth were extracted.

Hi, last 3-4 days i am feeling  burning type of senssation on my tounge specific area. when i eat spicy or hot on the same area sensation appear. there is no uclear no white patch but sensation not go away. is it serious? can you please help me

Hello Doctor, I want to remove my braces.Its just been 4 days right now. I don't want it now. I want to go for clear aligner treatment now. So can the brackets remove now? And Does it damage the teeth as it sticks with glue. Or any enamel issue. I really want now to go for clear aligners. Now can we remove the braces right after 4 days? Please advise.

Two days back i got metal braces.First day there was not much pain.Next day onwards my lips and checks are swallowed.And I got ulcers as well,These ulcers are paining like anything..is it common after having braces or something wrong with my braces..
