Hello For tar tar removal ,doctor ll do scailing and that’s painless procedure After scailing u hav to do proper brushing twice daily and rinse your mouth with water after every meal

Tartar is just the deposit over your teeth surface. U need to get a scaling done . You have to maintain your oral hygiene Do proper brushing.

These are natural deposits that are formed in every individual. You will have to maintain good oral hygiene (refer my blog for oral hygiene care in the link below) Ultrasonic scaling is a simple painless procedure. Should be done every 6 months by every individual. Scaling is not costly. You cannot completely avoid tartar, just reduce its speed of deposition by taking proper care of oral hygiene. If scaling is not done then you will suffer from bad breath, gingivitis, periodontitis, tooth decay, early loss of teeth.
