I have tartar and I went to doctors n they just clean it n give mouthwash... that's it...is it sufficient?
Is there anything I should avoid to use ?
Also I find my teeth gets weakened...is there anything to be done to make it better?
Is there any cure of tartar to not happen again or even if no cure then any way to minimise this problem?

Hi ! Im dr . Sravya . Usually tarter is somthing like a hard substance got lodged in between your teeth n on the teeth .. sorry to compare this but this is more apt to say .. when you go to abandoned washrooms u can find a white color hard solid substance got stick on to the floor , for it is hard to leave the surface .. and what causes that ? Due to lack of adequate care to the washroom or the area ! Coming to the oral cavity the same thing happens and even though u brush your teeth u wont properly brush your teeth in that area .. which starts positioning in the gum area .. it just replaces your gums .. soo itz needed to get get scaling done ! And now your issue… as the doctor cleaned the area .. it loosened the teeth becz as i said it replaces the gums .. it replaced .. as there is no tartar now .. then no support for your teeth ! Simple . Dont worry dear .. they soon form strength but becareful by not biting with the teeth that are loosened . But consult your dentist he will explain you the further treatment if they r too loose! Hope this quiery helped you out
Get cleaning done every 6-8 months.
Maintain oral hygiene.
Look into type of tooth brush you are using, proper brushing techniques and focus on proper brushing.
Use a tongue cleaner. Whenever you eat anything make sure to rinse with water after that.
