Their could be many reasons for pain like any high point on bridge or tooth without root canal under bridge or bone loss. Need to know full history before diagnosing any thing. Clear x ray is also required. Still have queries then please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Send better picture of x ray. Nothing clear from current x ray. Better digital quality x ray required. Or you can get regional x ray done for area of chief complaint.
Next Steps
Visit dentist for clinical examination and x ray

Hi! Need to take another small x- ray for that particular teeth as i could sense some bone loss in that tooth which is root canal treated and with a crown on the right side. Hope that tooth is not moving!
Next Steps
Visit the dentist who has treated you or an endodontist for a clear guidance.
Health Tips
