Tooth and Mouth Problems

It's been a month I have this problem of jaw lock. My jaw usually locks mainly during morning and evening. Sometimes when it get locked it pains until the bone craks.

I have attached a picture of my gums. I have a small ulcer in my mouth and when I went to check on it to see it was healing I noticed brown spots on my gums. I am outside the country at the moment so I cannot go to my doctor until after the first week of April. Would it be possible to tell me what this might be and is this something I need to show a doctor immediately? Thanks.

After extraction of wisdom tooth and after removing of sutures gum is still swollen... I am rinsing with warm salt water 3 to 4 times daily...but the gum swelling is not decreasing..its been two days stitch was cut..i am attaching my gums picture...

There are two wisdom teeth in my mouth ..i am feeling headache jaw discomfort and ear fullness and swallowing difficulty . Dr said only way it is to remove it ...can anyone tell me by picture what kind of wisdom teeth: these  are?? And how tough it will be to extract them

Actually I had extracted wisdom tooth in lower jaw.. having so much of pain especially in the night time .. it is pulling and dragging pain... closing and opening mouth side to nose having so much muscle stiffness and ear pain too... present using medicine flexon Mr tablets since two days.. not to all giving little relief

Actually I had removed lower wisdom tooth.. especially having so much of pain in night time.. it is pulling and dragging pain from nose, ear and head too... pain is near opening and closing mouth side a lot... doing hot lukewarm salt water gargle, even keeping hot fomenting.. slowly doing mouth excersises.. using flexon Mr tablets.. could u please tell tips to get little relief from pain... it is not helping me a lot trying Many tips.. after tooth exacting almost it had happened 20 days a ago...

I see a red spot on my upper palate, i have no pain, no discomfort, noticed it yesterday. From yesterday to today it's been lighter Requesting guidance.

Widsom teeth issue ..plz see the x ray report and suggest that is it compulsory to Remove! It's too painful from last 2 days

My brother is removed his teeth from mouth today dr. Advised that not to smoke cigarettes for one week, is this right?
