Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had my tooth surgery done a week ago. My lower right canine(teeth number 43) is still my birth tooth so the canine which had to take its place never came up. So doctors had to do a surgery to remove the canine which was under my teeth number 31. I have attached the photos. So they first did root canal of tooth number 31. They did root canal without anesthesia as the tooth was senseless. Then the next day they removed the tooth by doing a surgery but it was a very painful process as even after 1 hour of the surgery the blood wasn't stopping so they removed the stitches to examine the area and stitched it again. And they gave me Ketorol for 3 days and Augmentin for 5 days. But my jaw and gums pain isn't stopping even after 7 days of the surgery so i am still taking Ketorol 3 times daily. I have throbbing pain in my gums and my TMJ,mandible, and cheek bone also pains very much. Is it normal for the pain to be there for this long? Can I take Ketorol for this long? Plz tell me what to do?

Sometimes my mother sees the little brown color blood clot from mouth.it does not come in cough or in case of vomitting.it just happened once in while like in 3 month we have seen twice. We are not understanding what exactly is this. Can you please us to understand it and advice us.

Hello. My teeth's filling (done around 8 years ago) has fallen off. The teeth has its base and one side of the wall, but remaining parts have fallen off. What would be the treatment for this, if I want to avoid root canal or extraction? Weirdly phobic about dental procedures in general, hence requesting for some info before meeting a dentist. I am getting constant blood while brushing. Even if I eat an apple I have blood coming from gums. I don't have any pain/discomfort/unusual activity coming from gums. Can you please suggest any medication for the same?

My son is 3 yr old and he doesn't spit still. Currently I am using non flouride toothpaste for him. Do i need to switch to flouride toothpaste for him? Which one I can use, please suggest.
