Doctor has suggested to take amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate 500/125 three times a day. As my husband is in Iraq, there is no proper guidance. He vomitted after taking the first dose in the afternoon with Rabiprezol 20. Can he skip the night dose? Should he take the medicine twice or thrice as the doctor said?

My wisdom teeth is coming out is extraction is the only option ? I am really scared to visit the dentist as i have childhood fear from dentist and dental chair ..also do suggest some good dental clinics in delhi to get it done if that is the only option

Hello Doctor, Before 2 days, i had experienced pain inside an top tooth especially while chewing and putting pressure. But after doing salt gargle, it became fine within 2 days. Now, there is no pain. But i can see slightly wound type mark on the gum where it was causing pain. I thought it's ulcer or something which happens inside mouth. So, i didn't put much attention to it. Now, i can see at that point gum has been slightly pulled back. I am not sure whether it's due to brushing at that side harshly or massaging (i had done this during pain). I have attached a pic of that area and also there are yellow line deposits under root of teeth. Could you please advise me which steps should i take ?
