Hi Dr, I had my lower wisdom teeth extracted 20days ago, stitch was removed a week ago. However 2days back while looking inside I saw a kind of small hole near the wisdom teeth area. I am doing salt water rinses and have no pain as of now. I am scared about the hole. Please advise as sometimes food stucks there. The holes are visible a few days after stitch removal.

I am suffering from mid severe toothache due to infection, dentist prescribed me Amoxicillin, its been like 1.5 day only of me taking it but still relief in pain isn't observed. May i know when i can expect antibiotic to work fully on it??

About 8 years ago I had an accident due to which one of my front teeth got dead and I had to go an RCT treatment and my dentist put crown on it. After that I had also undergone ortho treatment from 2014 to 2017. After the completion of ortho treatment I visited my dentist few times. So I was just doing fine and then I got huge mouth ulcers and wounds in my mouth and I am taking treatment for it from a long time. Now I realised that I got a problem of bad breath I don't know if it is because of the ulcer or anything else please guide me. As far as ulcers and wounds of my mouth are concerned I am doing fine than before but bad breath has became a permanent problem.

Possibly gingivitis symptoms. A small sore in inner cheek adjacent to tooth. And slight swelling of gum adjacent to it and pain. Tonsil slight pain in left side too. Applying rexidin-m. Any tablets can be taken?
