Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have around 8 amalgam filling in my mouth. Today one has eroded. I want to get it done but read online amalgam filling are very dangerous. I am on first trimester please advice

My tooth are getting yellowish and at the corners they are yellow and not getting clean by brushing. Please suggest what to do. I use Himalaya/ Lal dant/ Colgate paste usually.

What medicine can I take for toothache as I am a breastfeeding mother of 3 month old baby . Does medicine affect my baby health

If compulsory then what problems it can cause and what other treatments are possible along with braces. What is single sitting rct?? Why is it not being preferred over multiple sitting by dentist??? Is it possible in only specific cases or what?
