Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have given advance payment for braces treatment, so i have for pay remaining by installment,.. my question is do i have to also pay consultant fee again as well like in first appointment ( Rs 300)

I have periapical periodontitis and root canals done. Food lodgement irritates the gums, I have tried using waxxed floss and interdental brushes, which are painful. I am thinking of getting a water flosser. Oracura has reviews that even the "soft" mode is very strong and hurts the gums. So I need suggestions on which water flosser to buy. Thanks in advance.

Hello doctor today I noticed a very small black dot on the side of tongue. Today I gargle with very hot water and lot of salt. Because I have swelling in my wisdom teeth after few hours of gargling I see very tiny black spot on my tongue like a mole. Please help me what is this or any thing serious. Please help me. I am having ice cream from 2 days and suddenly after having icecream my front teeth is slightly moving. I am avoiding cold thing now but what else ai can do? I think I am doing floss and charcoal powder which may be the reason for this!
