Tooth and Mouth Problems

Sharing an X-ray for better clarification. My jaw started hurting and on X-ray, it turns out it's the impacted tooth on my right lower jaw. I am aware that I have to get the lower wisdom teeth removed, but is it necessary to get the upper two removed as well? They have never caused me any problem but one of the surgeons suggested getting all 4 of them removed at once, which might be very painful for me to recover from.

Which medicene should be taken for pericoronitis apart from mouthwash, gargle and pain killer as zerodol.

Today, I had first sitting of root canal treatment. Doctor suggested me augmentin 625BD antibiotic, but whenever I use this medicine, I had ulcers in my mouth. Can I take zifi cv 200 instead of augmentin? Please suggest

My son is 5yrs 6 months old and his permanent front both incisors have started growing from behind teeths while his milk incisors are only shaking and have not cone out yet since mid-dec 2021. See pics

From past couple of days I am having pain around my upper wisdom tooth.I am getting some relief with saltwater rinse but pain is not going away completely. Please advise if I need to visit a dentist or it can be treated with some OTC medications. Thanks!
