Red circle( image) indicate fall down of one bracket in upper back teeth, will it be any problem, it's my first month of wearing it but suppose if it 3 month later , will treatment delay or I have to go to dentist

Hi, I've had permanent retainers for 6 months now, 6 more months to go. But the bonding agent behind two teeth have fallen off completely and it's no longer attached to the teeth. Consulted one dentist (not the one who fixed it), he says it's fine as the wire is not broken. Please advise. Thanks.

Yesterday I install braces first time, today it fall off (  last teeth bracket) due to wire get struck in cheek tissue, I call the doctor , they say it's okay as it will not affect,,come in next appointment , my question is, is last bracket(  first molar in my case ( i have 28 teeth) )doesnot effect the force distrubtion in other teeth,? red circle indicate fallen bracket..... my question does it delay my treatment if I wait for next appointment ( next month) or these metal braces still doing their job regardless of one fallen bracket, ( well in starting wire hurting my cheek now after fallen of back bracket( first molar) it now doesnot hurt) , should I wry about, sry for my long question

Hi all, i am suffering from bad breath and swollen gums. Couple of them had suggested to use apple cider vinegar to get rid of bad breath. Is it suggested to use apple cider vinegar to get rid of bad breath.

I have severe tooth ache . I really need some instant relief. I had keterol but that did not affect my pain.

I did wisdom tooth extraction on 3rd March 2022 but today on 6th April 2022 I suddenly see that the gums are swollen on the extraction side no pain is there but only swollen gum and when i touched it i feel some hard feeling..is it anything serious...i am attaching 2 photos of my swollen gum
