Extraction or not depends upon the angle of erupting wisdom tooth and space available in jaw for wisdom tooth eruption. Also if tooth is causing pain or discomfort it needs to be removed. Get it removed from MDS oral and maxillo facial surgeon for a smooth experience.
Next Steps
Visit dentist for clinical examination and x ray.

It depends on the position of the tooth, whether it needs to be extracted or not. If it is healthy and properly aligned, it won’t need an extraction.
Next Steps
Visit a Dental surgeon, and get an IOPA (Dental X-ray) done.
Health Tips
There should be no food lodgement. Advise maintaining oral hygiene and brushing twice a day with soft bristles toothbrush.
