Tooth and Mouth Problems

My daughter of 5 year is advised tooth extraction by doctor. X- ray and pics are attached. My query is : 1. Is tooth extraction the last option. 2. After tooth extraction will the permanent teeth erupt without any problem. 3. Will tooth extraction result in any speech problem for child. Thanks

A few days ago I had a cut on my lower lip while erupting my wisdom tooth. It is fine now .But I can see a white spot in the cut that has just healed..no pain nothing only white spot...what is this...is it anything serious... How to get rid of this spot..I am attaching 2 photos of my lower lips

I am facing pain in my left area of face after hitting by a cricket bat. Now i am facing pain in my jaw while eating somthing and some times feeling sensation on my left side face. Yesterday got blood in my cough. I am attaching my OPG report. Please look at my report and let me know what should i do, is there any thing serious or only by taking medicine it will be fine? Please give some prescription.

I have jaw pain near ear lobe.Dentist spotted lower first molar which hurts for tapping,biting pressure on it.So he said I need RCT on it. Xrays, CBCT was clear.Had rct in 2020.Same pain/symptoms persist after RCT.It hurts for tapping,biting pressure on it.It hurts for any tapping,touching with fingers on it,rubbing with tongue on it,brushing on it hurts too.Tooth and gum hurts for any little touch or pressure on it.can't brush on it.Went to TMJ dentist,OMFS.Nothing seen. Saw second opinion Endo.He said to do retreatment on distal root alone.As he feels first RCT didn't go until the distal root tip.So I had retreatment on distal root alone in Jan'22.No relief even after 3 months.That tooth hurts for any little pressure on it.It hurts to bite on it with Cotton roll&q tip.That tooth immediately throbs for biting on it and touching /rubbing.Endo took another cbct scan and said nothing found.Do I need to extract now/wait?   They said it could be bcos of Myofascial pain. Is that possible?

My son have to take masorate CR300 regularly.Can he pluck teeth?He have to pluck 2 teeth.Is there any problem to pluck 2 teeth in one day?

I have jaw pain under ear and sife of neck for 2 years now. I saw dentist in 2020 for jaw pain and they checked the teeth. Lower first molar was hurting for tapping and biting pressure on it. Xrays were normal. CBCT scan was taken. Endodontist couldn't find anything wrong. But hurts immediately like throbbing shaking sensitive like feel when they tap on it. So told me to get RCT. I had root canal on it in 2020 since they suspect that tooth is reason for my jaw and neck pain.I have severe constant pain in jaw under ear and neck. Had root canal and no changes. Same tapping and biting pressure pain on it. Seen TMJ specialist,OMFS,neurologist and no relief. TMJ MRI and CT was normal. I saw another Endodontist for second opinion and he told me to do occlusion adjustments. he grinded down that crown & other molars,premolars both sides.No relief but bite is not normal after that& I can't bite down together. Then Endo did retreatment RCT on Jan'22. No relief,same pain& symptoms.gum hurts too

My son had cavity pain in upper teeth.Can you suggest any painkiller medicine to reduce the pain .It will be very helpful for us .Is it safe to give painkiller in this age?

I had mild pain in my second molar on the left side. I went to the dentist and the doctor suggested that I have a root canal. The RCT was done and I had pain even after that. So the doctor performed RCT again and placed a crown on it. Even after that, there's still pain. After one month, I consulted another dentist and after seeing the x-ray he suggested that the tooth has to be extracted. I can't decide if I have to go for RCT again or a tooth extraction. Please help. I'm sharing the x-ray for reference.

Hello doctor good evening. I am in so much pain my both side wisdom teeth hurts a lot. Doctor prescribed me 2 medicine but nothing work for me. Please help and suggest some good medicine and some home remedies for this. My wisdom teeth is swell in night and bleed early morning when I spit. Please please please help. Two medicine is Pirox dt Novamox 250 mg. Please help

Hello doctor last 2 days I have pain in wisdom teeth and swelling in wisdom teeth sometimes blood comes out from it. all teeth pain.  I have some stomach issues and digestion issue. Today I see my right side neck is swollen after eating sore fruit. It looks like a lymph and pain when it touches. Swelling is so less. Is any serious problem?? Swelling increase when eat sore fruit and after some time swelling reduce. Please help
