Gums swelled
I had my right wisdom tooth extracted on 16th April. Last Saturday, i.e. 23rd April, the stitches got removed. Since then, things were fine. No pain. But since yesterday, the gums below the last two teeth on the right side, started swelling. Rinsed with warm salty water for multiple times. Yet, the swelling persists. It's hard, but there's no pain as such. Please suggest, what could be the reason and what to do now ?

wisdom tooth extractions takes time to heal you should continue doing warm saline rinses and wait for a week if it still remains tender you can consult your dental surgeon for the same .

The wisdom tooth site does not seem to be the reason of current swelling. Kindly post picture wisdom tooth site, swelling and adjacent teeth. There are chances of having cavity in adjacent teeth. Nothing for sure can be said without clinical examination.
Next Steps
Visit dentist for clinical examination and x ray.
