After extraction of wisdom tooth and removal of stich gum is still swollen...how to reduce it and some hard feeling in the jaw..

Hie.. your dentist must have start the medicine course.. along with it start doing as much as u can warm saline rinses 2-3 times a day for next 7 days atleast.. avoid hot and spicy food.. keep it clean with betadine mouthwash

Ibuprofen + paracetamol  containing  drugs( combiflam) may reduce swelling. R u taking such combination as pain killer.
Next Steps
confirm first is it a hematoma( coagulation of blood )?or anything  foreign particle is present there... if hematoma then warm water is contraindicated..

Hello. Swelling in the gums will reduce slowly. Make sure that its not paining, if yes consult your dentist. Keep the area clean. Lukewarm water and salt gargling 2-3 times a day

Firstly, are you taking medication as advised by your Dentist? The anti-inflammatory medicines given to you will help you in reducing the swelling. After 2 weeks have passed, your jaw will start to feel normal again.
Next Steps
Do hot saline rinses at least 5-6 times a day. Add some salt to a glass of hot water and rine with that.
Health Tips
Stay away from spicy food and hard food. Don't chew rom that side. try to stick to a soft diet.

Hie....don't worry . Just do warm saline rinses 2-4 times daily ...take antibiotic to reduce swelling....
