Fever may be because of  throat infection.  Consult your physician.  Numbness is common and will take time.

Numbness after removing wisdom tooth happens in few cases bcz of injury to nerve when roots were close to nerve ,it becomes normal in 9 to 24 months & sometimes in few days or a month . inform ur dentist regarding numbness they will prescribe u medication if u won’t get sensation back in a month . fever might be due to pain or anxiety if the temp doesn’t comes down go and consult a medical doctor ( tonsils are common in fever and infection ). 7 days is enough for healing of sutures,go visit ur dentist get it done .

Hi,there's nothing to worry, for the time being, take that painkiller which was advised after tooth extraction, keep a track as to how much is the temperature,in my opinion stitches can be cut after about 10 days after the surgery . However if fever persists for more than 2 days, then see a medicine Doctor in person.Regarding the numbness, inform your dentist when you go to him.And rest as you said for tonsils,it's normal to have this in fever at times.

Normally fever is not associated with tooth extraction. Yes, do visit a local dentist for treatment and physical evaluation.
