Hi, I have paresthesia after wisdom tooth removal (lower left) and because of which I have numb lower left side of lip and some part of chin area, along with 24 and 23 tooth. The extraction was done in 2018. While I have done my research online, what I failed to find answer was that my paresthesia goes away completely when my head is tilted at a certain position. I feel blood rushing back with sensation coming back to normal in the effected area. I feel a bloated nerve behind my lower lip and behind my jaw, right behind 23, 24 tooth, as if the nerve is blocked somewhere from blood circulating. The bloated nerve comes back to normal along with the disappearance of numbness when my head is tilted at a certain angle. What does that mean? Is the nerve pinched or something is blocking the nerve? Please help.

Hello, I went to dentist today and he suggested me for cleaning . But after cleaning, he told me that my my left side wisdom teeth becomes hollow now because there is food stuck in there only . Now the only option is wisdom tooth removal.. please suggest should i go for that ..does filling cant help. Is it painful. Also the tooth attached with wisdom also needs filling as per doctor.. Please help , is it not okay to just go for filling. .and i read some qst and answer here..why stitching is also there..after removal..😱
