My father is having toothache.doctor prescribed zolidol Sp.but there is little releif.will it take time to get releif or should we change medicine?

My wife is suffering for acute pain in teeth where she is recently undergoing treatment for root canal. Can she take combiflam and ketrol dt together? She has by mistake taken combiflam and pain is not reducing. Can she take ketrol dt ?

I have attached my xray can someone let me know how big the cavities are would they need root canal?

Hi! All of a sudden there is something like a small wound in my gums above one of my teeth. (See attached photo). It hurts when I brush the tooth, but not really otherwise. Could this be because of food or something? Will it get good by itself? The tooth has an old and fixed injury (from when I was a child), so don't look at that.

I am having toothache from last 3days, took ketorol dt in water when pain was unbearable but after some time it is increasing again. I am in quarantine so cannot go to the dentist. Please help me with some antibiotics and painkiller so that it will subside atleast for next 7days. Thank you .

Sharing an X-ray for better clarification. My jaw started hurting and on X-ray, it turns out it's the impacted tooth on my right lower jaw. I am aware that I have to get the lower wisdom teeth removed, but is it necessary to get the upper two removed as well? They have never caused me any problem but one of the surgeons suggested getting all 4 of them removed at once, which might be very painful for me to recover from.
