Firstly visit your dentist as early as possible. if swelling is persistent for 2 years it can lead more serious condition.

Hie.. need to evaluate the lesion on the left side thoroughly with clinical examination along with some investigations.. also would like to know the proper history since it’s an 2year old case.. most importantly need to rule out the cause behind it before prescribing any medication for the same
