It is not related to the extraction. It seems to be due to cheek bite. Your oral hygiene status is poor. You need ultrasonic scaling. Good oral hygiene helps in proper healing of any wounds .
Next Steps
Please visit dental surgeon

Hi! Did you bite on the cheeks? It is not related to the extracted tooth. The upper tooth seems to be facing the cheek side so it might be due to cheek biting.
Next Steps
Do visit the dentist who helped remove the tooth and clarify your doubt.
Health Tips
It doesn't seem to be a matter of emergency. Just have a clinical opinion done. Take care.
