My daughter who is 5 years old keeps on grinding her teeth after 2-3 am for 15-20 mins. The grinding is so rigorous that it literally disturbs others sleep. I don't know if it's actually bruxism but what should I do and which kind of doctor shall i see for her? Please advise, a request to all you experts.
