Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a small bumps/Fordyce spots inside my mouth in both sides of my cheeks. It's not painful reguraly but I felt uncomfortable. Is it severe issue doctor. I request you please clarify it.

Hii doctor, I can't stop my habit of keep hard-pushing my side teeth with tongue all the time. Now, I experience dull pain in those teeth. Please, tell me honestly, (1)Are my teeth moving? (2) Is this habit supposed to put my teeth in any danger?

My dentist said I have 7 cavities can someone please see this xray and let me know. I am so scared that my teeth are in so bad shape I brush twice I don't know how this happened

My son is 5yrs 6 months old and his permanent front both incisors have started growing from behind teeths while his milk incisors are only shaking and have not cone out yet since mid-dec 2021. See pics

From past couple of days I am having pain around my upper wisdom tooth.I am getting some relief with saltwater rinse but pain is not going away completely. Please advise if I need to visit a dentist or it can be treated with some OTC medications. Thanks!

Dear sir/mam , Recently i have visited local dentist in my city for general checkup and cleaning , she took 5-6 xray of my teeth at same place and same nothing bad came in xray but ever since i came from the clinic my same area feels numb and i am having ulcer inside mouth same area where xray was taken. Is it possible i got exposed to too much radiation ? Could it prove to be bad ? Thanks for replying in advance

I went to the dentist yesterday for extracting my wisdom tooth.after extraction I saw some of the cheeks from the lower lips burns and turned white..dentist told me it was happened due to dental drill becomes hot and burns the cheek..he told me nothing to worry it will be cure automatically. Iam applying betadine oinment and after that metrogyl dg gel forte. Is it ok to use this oinments... And my lips and cheeks are sweeling. From today morning I am feeling feverish feeling..when i checked firstly it was 98.7 but after breakfast and having antibiotics I checked again and it was showing 99.9... Is this fever due to pain? And one more thing doctor gave me 2 ibuprofen 400 one after lunch and one after dinner but if pain increased can i add one more tablet..I am attaching my sweeling face picture 1st one is yesterdays and next one is todays...

My dad 62 yrs had his tooth extraction today, post which he got heavy body shivering and feverish... doctor advised to take paracetomol, augment tab and imol tablet..is this shivering normal?
