Yes it looks like your left upper lateral incisor has a filling approaching the pulp. The tooth has become non-vital that's why you don't have any pain and there is darkish discoloration. It's better you go for a root canal treatment and then placement of crown.

Also you have the same condition for your left lower back tooth region. It looks like your 1st molar have a filling which is touching the nerve area ...you might have to go for a root canal for that tooth and then you can extract the adjacent tooth and go for a bridge or implant in that area.
