Hello doc.my niece is of 11 year old boy complaining mobility and pain  in his molar tooth ...plz help me out for this

Its milk tooth. Its the age it'll fall of. Try doing postive reinforcement first and encourage the kid to remove the tooth by himself. If its much more painful for the kid, take him to the nearest dentist.

If it is a milk tooth it will shed shortly. If there is too much pain then visit dentist for clinical examination and x ray.

Hello, Generally at this age the milk teeth (Primary teeth) in your case molar tooth tend to fall off due to erupting force of upcoming permanent teeth.
Next Steps
Get him evaluated with nearby dentist before taking matters into own hands.

It must be the force of erupting permanent tooth below the milk teeth, so there is pain. As it is movable eventually it will fall off. If pain is unbearable you can visit dentist for removal of the tooth

The mobile tooth might be milk tooth, as 11-12 years of age is the age at which Primary molars (Milk Tooth) gets replaced by permanent tooth - premolars. Go to your nearest dentist and get it checked.
