Hello mam,       Hope you are doing good. It is perfectly normal. The tooth shakes and then fall off. The new tooth may erupt which is permanent.

New teeth may erupt. Its just time for milk teeth to shed. Nothing to worry until he had any major fall on his mouth.

Hie...go for an extraction of that teeth ..it's a milk teeth .. permanent will errupt at the age of 6 to 8 years..
