Hi ... Hope all is well... usual age of lower incisors exfoliation is 5-6 years so can count this as perfectly normal ... However, your kid could have a malalignment of teeth as the permanent teeth erupt, so visit your orthodontist every 6 months to 1 year.

Talk to experienced dentist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Permanent central incisors generally erupt at the age of 6 to 8. So it's completely normal if milk tooth is movable at the age of 5.
You should visit dental clinic every 6 months. Still have queries then please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
This tooth needs an x-ray ( iopa ) .
Then only a proper treatment modality can b given and we can come to conclusion.
Kindly visit the dentist.
Thank you.
