Permanent central incisors generally erupt at the age of 6 to 8. So it's completely normal if milk tooth is movable at the age of 5.

Hope you are doing good. It is perfectly normal. The tooth shakes and then fall off. The new tooth may erupt which is permanent.

Hie...go for an extraction of that teeth ..it's a milk teeth .. permanent will errupt at the age of 6 to 8 years..
